What a terrible place to eat, staff didn 't wanna know coz we are English, food was so so bad, the Lasagne was cheese sauce over pasta, tasteless, a number of tapas were ordered, all of which were disgusting, we asked them to just take them away as they were horrible, she simply just nodded and took them. I had salad with the great rib it was tough and raw, pork was so undercooked, i sent it back...nothing came up together as a meal, the girls who work there really need to have a shake up on there customer skills, oh unless you are Spanish then the smiles come out.! When the tapas came to the table one of the girls seem to delight when asked what it was she replied in Spanish even though she spoke English, so all in all a dreadful experience and anyone reading this give this resrurant a wide berth. And i hope the rude staff dont step out in front of my car at anytime as im sure my breaks would fail. Take that as you will.
Went to this restaurant last night and had a terrible experience. The staff are less than interested in the customers. Ordered water to start which arrived not cold and no ice in the glasses. had to ask for ice and one cube in each glass arrived, Ordered a starter of chicken wings which when they arrived were obviously reheated then doused with a BBQ sauce and placed in a microwave. The sauce was hot but the inside of the wings cold and horrible so needless to say we did not eat them. We called the waitress and told her to take them away. The service was terrible as the staff were less than interested in looking after you. The main course steak was ok but the overall experience was a bad one and we will never be eating there again.
We have been coming to La Casita for the last 20 years, we have always had lovely tapas to eat inside or take away. We visited there today (after being away for a few months asked for tapas and was told they don't do tapas only raciones, so we ordered raciones which were far too large so we asked to take away, we were given a box and told to put it in ourselves with no utensils to do it with. The waitress was not very helpful, the raciones we very nice but expensive for what they were. What a shame, we used to love their tapas and meals but I'm afraid after our experience today I don't think we will go back.
