La Casita (west Warwick)

I have been searching for a taste of home in Little Rhody. I know many of the Latin restaurants are in PVD but I didn't know we had anything local to us until a few days ago. I am so happy to have found La Casita! Not only are the owners extremely kind, but all of their love goes into the food. My fiance and I had some morro (traditional rice with pigeon peas), pernir (pork), empanadas (chicken and beef), as well as, sweet plantains. The food was to die for! All of the sauces, juicy meat, tasty seasoning, etc. You get so much food for the price, which is also amazing. I cannot wait to visit our friends at La Casita again and taste more of their delicious food!

This restaurant offers a variety of delicious traditional dishes from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Guatemala. They serve dishes such as chicken with rice, beans, fresh salads, plantains, pastelitos, stew with beef or chicken, and hearty soups. The desserts, including homemade flan with caramel sauce and tres leches white cake with homemade whipped cream, are also highly recommended. The prices are amazing and the staff, including the owner's son, are incredibly friendly. Don't miss out on this fantastic and authentic restaurant experience!

The food was delicious, and the owner and staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. They even brought me napkins while I was eating and asked if I enjoyed my meal. I would definitely come back for the amazing service, with the great food as an added bonus.

I love this place I moved to Coventry 3 years ago and just found it about 1 year ago visit often. Best food around. Hands down. I have gone far and wide for a great empanada and I found it. 10 stars!Parking: Plenty of parking easy in and out Reserva una mesa ahora

Food is absolutely amazing!! I got the 3 different empanadas and each one is incredible! The portion size on the medium is so big it's 2 meals and the stew meat is seasoned and delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food at this restaurant. I can't wait to return. However, the tres leches was not great; I look forward to trying the flan next time.

Food is delicious. Slow service if more than 2 people in line. 1 person serving and cashing out. Had to leave at lunch once and eat elsewhere as line wasn’t moving at all. Reserva una mesa ahora

Love it here. Delicious Dominican food. I could eat here every day... Reminds me of my grandma's cooking. Easy/simple to order. Great prices great portions
