Restaurant que j'appréciais énormément par le passé, mais j'ai été très déçue pas ma dernière visite. Tout d'abord, le système de réservation est compliqué, il faut transmettre son numéro de carte bancaire. Ensuite, le rapport qualité-prix n'est plus aussi bon qu'avant. Les assiettes sont toujours belles mais gustativement et qualitativement ce n'est pas exceptionnel. Nous avons mangé la moitié des plats seulement, les entrées étaient délicieuses contrairement aux plats et malheureusement la cuisson des viandes ne correspondait pas à nos goûts, notamment car on ne nous a pas posé la question. Enfin, le service et l'ambiance sont moyens.

We stayed in a guest room at Moulin des Gypses and had a very pleasant stay. In addition to the peaceful setting, steeped in history and well maintained, the hosts were very welcoming and gave good advice.
