Franchis the door, a waitress (small glasses) asks us if we booked. Just arriving at Selestat, the answer was NO. When I came out of this same waitress annone, I was shocked by this sentence. How can we talk to customers in such a way... It is a shame. You should question yourself for the reception of your dear madam clients. Anyway.... if you want to take notes you are at the right address, otherwise pass your path....

Excellent value for money.Very good reception even in second service after the “gunshot” . Correct table space sound base very suitable Burger exceptional, traditional cuisine of very good quality. Service efficient contact very pleasant. Clean toilets , 2 urinals in men . Exchanges with pleasant pattern. Book by noon because at this moment the open restaurants are very often “Full”. X.Dorémus. Thanks to Michèle for her warm and synaptic welcome (without forgetting Stéphane). Restaurant with a map that comes out of the Alsatian standards. Rare restaurant to offer spätzles gratins, that with salmon was excellent and the tin was deliciously tender. We went there twice and not disappointed. Service is effective. Anyway, we recommend it. Very good value for money.

The reception is extraordinary of kindness and simplicity. The hotel provides excellent local and family cuisine. The bites to the queen are delicious, and the spätzles that accompany them are of the same level. The cauliflowers are very scary, which is now too rare.
