I came with my father Ricard and blackcurrant aperitif a nice little bite was offered to us but I would have liked to have some peanuts that I saw from my seat in a plastic box because the wait was long even though there weren't many tables to serve my father had andouillette arras, mustard sauce and andouillette good 15.50€ a regret for the fries, fine and frozen ones for a restaurant called the cellar of flavors too bad... we are the potato region I see that others had salad, dad had some kind of rocket leaves cooked in the shape of a thread I took lamb shank, we agreed to exchange the flageolet beans for very good green beans, the little mouse good as well as the sauce, the small potatoes...
The cuisine is of good taste, well in the spirit of the territory avoiding to sing what it does not seek to be but by offering good quality products worked seriously and presented pleasantly. The frame a cellar is representative of the history and heritage of the city. in normal time, he would only deserve praise; in times of health crisis, the quality of its ventilation becomes fundamental. The service observed was of simply adequate quality. a its discharge, serving within a reasonable time a large group in a finally acute setting has nothing simple. an element to be taken into account in his favour. In the end, a perfectly recommendable establishment.
We are faithful customers and it is high time to greet the regularity of the quality of the kitchen and the reception of this establishment. alain and his wife are very pleasant and caring for the well-being of their clients. their kitchen is in their image, excellent and generous. the wine map is a real happiness. in summary, a must-have table of Arras.
Great little restaurant serving local French dishes. There's some steep steps in and out, but if you manage them it's well worth a visit. Very reasonably priced with a family of four eating two courses for less than €100 including drinks. February 2024

a very original place in the heart of the pretty large square of rakes. a restaurant located in a cellar, staff with little care for you, good recipes from the north revisited a beautiful wine map, in short I recommend this atypical restaurant.
