already come several times, in general very good. However, last night I was disappointed by the Welsh. The cheese was too cooked and granulated. I think it was prepared in advance and simply heated, damage. In addition, it was very cold and the air currents so much that we had to hand over our coats to eat dessert. It would not have taken much more to get a fifth star. A somewhat more commercial attitude to settle with sympathy a small problem related to our drinks would have been appreciated.
