This establishment is a restaurant cum wine bar located somewhere in the back cobbled streets of Saintes. Limited lunch time menu consisting of a 3 course meal. The meal is very tasty and filling. Although the menu is set there is some room for manoeuvre,...we didn’t fancy the gizzards as a starter and the chef was happy to Russell up something different. Staff are very friendly and polite, they obviously have a good knowledge of wines and are happy to recommend a good accompaniment to your meal. All in all a pleasant experience in French dining and we will return here again.
A beautiful address to discover in the alleys of Saintes. Reduced card synonymous with freshness, local products. The kitchen is refined and copied. A small flat on the price a little high for the restaurant level and also the absence of a website that allows to read the map upstream of the visit. The service is of good level (except not changing the covers between fish and meat dish). Apart from that, this table is very good, we have enjoyed it.
From crossing to Saintes, we chose this restaurant. Very well received. Top cuisine. Service a little long, but the kitchen is very good. After waiting, the owner kindly offered us the coffee, a small gesture that we enjoyed.
