This place is easily one of the best restaurant options on the slopes of Les Houches. The staff are really friendly, the food is well-portioned and tasty, and all for a very decent price. I couldn't recommend it more. Of the six days we had...skiing, we eat here five times. Every day the staff were cheerful and the food was to a high standard. They are busy, as you'd expect, but it's worth the wait. We made a habit of getting there before 12 and you walked straight up to the counter. during skiing in les houches on a sunny day is the terrace in la cha kovely with view of st. gervais. also in December, sunny to quite late. menu has in the rule three specials, a classic French, an alpin, an Italian. there is also the possibility. to get a hot dog outside. high prices, but what can they expect? le Hors-Pistes restaurant is actually more expensive.
Stopped here 4 times on our ski holiday, great Van Chau, cheese cake to die for and a great vibe with good customer service. and to top it off clean loos) worth making this your first stop in the morning to book lunch in.

Idéal pour manger face à la chaîne des Fiz, cuisine avec produits régionaux, très belle présentation. Accueil très sympa. Espace jeux pour les enfants. Belle terrasse. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
The food is nothing special but better than average for a place on the slopes and he prices are quite reasonable. Furthermore it's a charming, rustic place and the staff is friendly.
I love skiing, but would advise to miss this place, unless they want a drink with a view. Eating is expensive and badly cooked. better options continue on the slope near the gondel.
Good location on the slopes, though we had to climb up to it. Expensive and quality was average. You have to pay extra for ketchup. Seems a bit mean. Find somewhere else.

Don't stop. only what it is worth hanging is a hot dog, but they run out of it. chips and 2 doses juice 15 euro. avoid this place.
