I made a detour of a hundred km to spend a night in the establishment: it was so PERFECT and DELICIOUS that it even deserves to come on purpose! Staff at the highest level, a gentle welcome with a lot of love of the profession, a great concern for the well-being of the guests, a delicacy which does honor to the old stones of this majestic building wonderfully highlighted by a talented architectural restoration which borders on genius. Extraordinary place A very high quality service, a truly excellent welcome from all the staff. Room at the top! Excellent meal! A very friendly bartender and a bar with a wide choice Only downside: difficult to find either Waze or GPS didn't find it, no problem we arrived on the other side...what's a real shame is no signage near the park to indicate where the park is castle and its entrance.
