La Chocolaterie de Pont-Aven

Very good lunch in great quantity excellent , says my husband . Everything is freshly prepared. Choice is quite small but even our kids of 7 and 10 years old were happy with it : Desserts are de-li-cious and the kouign aman might even be the best one we ever ate. The staff is friendly, particularly the manager. And.. the inside hidden garden is a lovely place to enjoy their food! Merci ! They also sell biscuits and chocolates to take away as gifts.

We have been going here for years as it was (until recently) the only place in town for pastry and chocolates. One would think that by now they would know how to manage their service. Unfortunately, it's not the case. Especially during vacation periods (e.g. summer, Easter, Christmas), the service is, well, terrible. This place is completely disorganised, running around like headless chickens.

We tried this place the first time we went to Pont Aven to look around (we were staying in Port Manec’h) and fell in love straight away. We kept on going back again and again and never looked back! They are delightful people and have a wonderful selection of coffees, teas, chocolates and cakes. Just the place to spoil yourself, your family and friends. A real find.

All the small cakes and tarts are excellent. Taste is amazing and lots of creativity in the composition. Don't hesitate to stop by and enjoy. The pastry is located in one of the oldest house of the village and deserves to be seen, from outside and inside. We will come back when we will return to Pont Aven

Shame on the manner of the waitress, it was rude and slow. Expensive and food in Very bad conditions. No recommendable.
