warm welcome in this haven of bucolic peace with the Provencal airs of an industrial area of quimperlé. the bosses - m. in the furnace and mme. in the room - very present and coming, want us to travel through their kitchen. astonishing, experimenting and innovation: we are more in a gastronomic laboratory than in a restaurant that is really talking. Cuban cigar vapour jacques, a sniffe of espelette peppers, dip the finger in a pure malt lagavelin whisky jam to accompany a duck magret. there are various desserts with candy flavours (a little chemical in the mouth to our taste). There are two problems:- the quantities, quite insufficient - 2 small sts. jacques, 2 bites of merlu net, 4 slicette...

Unfortunately we can't give an opinion on the plate because during our telephone reservation we got back after specifying that it was in the frame of a boxing "! we already reached our quota for this evening. if we only take boxing we do not spoil our life." we would have liked to discover this table that had already been recommended and add it to our favorite restaurants. establishments are not lacking in the sector.

We have to go and debust this slutty cigal. in the middle of an industrial activity area, this peaceful and original green area offers a simple, unpretentious but truly effective map. delicious and very original cuisine! menu from the market on the midday to 28€, really unbeatable in terms of quality-price! service to the top! The cook has gold in his hands! The flavor associations are exceptional! go there with your eyes closed if you want to be surprised, and get out of the beaten paths!

on 6 people 4 took the pavement of romsteck I can tell you that the 4 were of the carne it was worth a good knife and good in these ones for us !!!!
