that is a jewel of a local place! we came to a recommendation from my host who lives 2 minutes away. I met a few friends to dinner and needed a cheap place to go. it's small, but the 3 employees. the people there welcomed us and asked us where we came from. my man tried a French beer that he thought was really good. he had no beer for 20 years. I am quite picky when it comes to Italian eating, because I am from philadelphia who has the best Italian eating in the country imho. I saw that they had kartoffel gnocchis with meat sauce on the menu that is one of my favorite dishes. A restaurant that is really worth the detour, a warmer welcome, one could believe that we are part of the family. An impeccable service, a warm atmosphere, a very pleasant setting based on Italy and mythical cars. Excellent cuisine, pizza cooked with traditional wood fire visible from the restaurant room. In short a restaurant that bears its name LA GIOIA, we really do not regret having pushed the door of it. From the aperitif to the digestive, everything was perfect!!!
