It's the first place you come to when you walk out of the station. I went in for a beer and to ask the way when I arrived, and I liked it so much that I dropped in again for a couple more beers on the way back to the station the next day. Excellent beer, with a kindly, very French lady in charge behind the bar. Not having eaten there I can't say much about the food, but its popularity with local people must be a good sign.Between beers, or just after lunch or something, you could walk over to the station down the road and have a look at the pre-war aeroplane in the hall there. It's a Potez 36, with foldable wings. The designer, Monsieur Henry Potez, once the mayor of Albert, built an aeroplane factory in Méaulte, not far away, which now makes parts for Airbus.
