we went to dinner at the vaulted key last Thursday, in the evening. There was no room on the terrace, but the boss kindly offered us to bring back a table from the inside. well we took it to accept since we had a very pleasant evening. The dishes are very copied (we took the fisherman's suggestion with a assortment of white fish various smoked fish, mussel salad and calamars, fish terrine with spices.), it was very good and so copied that we made the impasse on dessert: damage because they also seemed very well made. this dish was at 13,50€ . the wines are of an extremely competitive value (I took a very good rully 1st vintage from 2015 to 22€ ....!!!) and this is not the only bottle in this case.We discussed on several occasions with the boss during the meal. it is extremely friendly, casual, passionate about its business and always eager to please its customers. It is for me the very essence of the restoration: the pleasure in the plate, the good mood and all this at an unusual price .... in the right direction.Go there without hesitation. the card changes fairly regularly and in winter, it is the cheese dishes that are honored ... think of the shepherdon chest ... you will see what it is.

this restaurant is located in a pretty pedestrian street in the centre of Troyes. The decoration is rustic and mountainous, there are skis, sledges and snowshoes...There is a choice between some tables installed in the street and a large room inside. The reception is austere, unpleasant and spoils everything. Ask yourself if it's humor, a hidden or just camera of the impolitesse. We eat it properly and see the prices. It's legitimate, but it's better not to have anything to ask the staff. I don't recommend this establishment.

What a pleasure to come eat a raclette and drink a good bottle of white with a family on the round table next to the fireplace! restaurant decorated with savoyard, where you know what you're coming to eat to warm up! The quality and quantity are at the rendezvous, the raclettes and delicious meat dishes! We'll come back, I'll advise you with your eyes closed! I'm sorry the restaurant is closed on Sunday noon! soon, antoine

We enjoyed our meal here. The menu includes some Savoyard dishes such as tartiflette and raclette. The tarte aux pommes and tarte aux myrtilles were particularly good. Service friendly and efficient. We ate outside and were able to enjoy the medieval architecture in a slightly more relaxed atmosphere than if we'd eaten in the main tourist street.

We were welcomed by the executive. Unfortunately, the menu card was limited ivm July 13th, which was the night before the 14th. I've been eating really well at very affordable prices. That includes the wine card.
