Can do better: the place and the terrace overlooking the garden is magnificent, the choice to serve planks and not to really cook is regrettable The prices are high 20 to 23 euros for cold dishes and 8 euros for desserts without any chocolate melting presentation and Paris Brest, I would have enjoyed a simple seasonal fruit salad the strawberries are affordable, regarding the reception it lacks warmth and conviviality. In short, I'm disappointed.
We spent a pleasant stay at the Closerie du Tilleul nestled in the heart of the charming village of Chédigny. This guest house, former presbytery, is run by a couple very attentive to its customers. Copious breakfast, impeccable room with neat decoration, large terrace overlooking a vegetable garden and a flowery garden, everything is done so that you feel like in a family home. The idea of the boards is perfectly adapted to the place and the season, the sauces are delicious as well as smoked fish, ice lovers will be filled. We had an excellent rosé of well-known people in the region. Added to this a framework that offers an exceptional moment especially since the reception is at the height of the rest. Thank you.
Very well located in relation to the property of Chenonceau or the village of Montplaisir, Chédigny is in itself a village to see. The Curé Garden, which is an integral part of the Closerie, is charming. Very good quality price to spend 1 or 2 nights (against a hotel at the same price in a ZAC Tour, there is no photo. A stop on the way. Very well, quiet, beautiful terrace. The guests are discreet and charming, excellent breakfast, sober and comfortable room, beautiful bathroom. Nice village.
