This rating is quite harsh but, although the food is delicious, we wouldn’t rush back. It’s a little dated and rather “nouvelle cuisine” for 2024. Everything is over-processed and there were too many puréed items all through the four course, set-price menu that it all seemed a bit like invalid food. The canapés were really disappointing: one piece of focaccia each, which tasted a bit stale, and some olives that weren’t the best we’ve had. The fish course was lovely, with an excellent hollandaise sauce. The main course, pigeon (there’s no choice any of the menu options) was delicious but consisted of half a pigeon breast, one leg and puréed carrot. It was so small I gasped at my plate in disb...
Valentine's Day meal absolutely exquisite. Presentation, taste, product quality, quantity, everything was absolutely perfect. A very nice gourmet address (veritably gastronomic! Very kind service. A little slap: I learned that tonight, three tables! did not show up despite their reservation. It's disrespectful and very damaging for the restaurateur who makes his orders in office. So you imagine when on 7 tables, 3 don't come. We live in a society that no longer respects the work of others and it is shameful.
We found this lovely place via Trip Advisor. My husband and I are vegetarian and do struggle in France. We had a set meal with a marked Vegetarian starter and main meal what a relief! Very pretty place we cycled 2 3 miles uphill from Bedoin in 30 degrees it was well worth the effort. The food was exquisite and beautifully presented. Will definitely come back. .
Everything is perfect: reception, quality of the dishes that are full of flavors, fineness and that make honor to local producers. The service and the kitchen perfectly respect the time required for tasting. A table that shines the culinary art of our country. A very beautiful wine map, soon to continue these wonderful moments spent at home.

Refined cuisine with seasonal products. Nice wine list. I advise you on the ascent of Mont Ventoux. The best restaurant in the area certainly. Special mention for the young waitress very pro and smiling.
Excellent service as well as both excellent food and wine choices. Went there twice during our three week stay outside of Bedoin. One of the absolute best restaurants to visit in the area.

A magnificent place between Mont Ventoux and vineyards. The cuisine, which gives pride of place to regional plants, is subtle and delicate. I put a very, very good one!
