We were staying at the hotel for two nights and decided to eat in the main restaurant on both evening.The first evening we had the four course meal. This in fact turned out to be seven courses given the addition of three amuse-bouche which, along with a bottle of Synthèse wine, from their own vineyard, made for a very pleasant meal as all the food was very good.Moving to the next night, we plumped for the eight course Longitude menu which would have been eleven with the additional three amuse-bouche but we simply could not eat them all but the food we did eat was as good as on the first night. I spent a top week at the gite, the 3 restaurant of the hotel that calls the Cagol 21 counter and to finish a gastronomic restaurant, everything was excellent. All the staff is very welcoming whether it is the restaurant or really has nothing to say, as for the small village of belesta people or is the domain of riberach, are also very appeasant here I strongly advise you.
Rooms: comfortable rooms Food drinks: excellent table Noteworthy details: Electric reload of my vehicle impossible, because the two car parks equipped were occupied by traditional vehicles which had no utility of the terminals. Excellent dinner I recommend. We chose the menu in 6 services and spent a good time. The staff was very attentive, as the leader adapted to each person (platforms adapted to the diet of a pregnant woman). The dishes were refined, combining seasonal vegetables, variety, subtlety of tastes, justness of seasonings. We're having fun! Thank you, we'll be back!
We spent an excellent stay in Riberach. 2 nights in the old vats, a beautiful decoration, a super bedding and a terrace with views of the vineyards, to relax in the sun. The hotel remains the sympathy and kindness of all the staff, hostesses, massagers and our Madrid guide during the wine trillis. Thank you for everything, we'll be back

Very nice hotel in a village typical of the Mediterranean hinterland, the room was perfect. The restaurant is also excellent and the charming staff. To be recommended. Do not forget to visit the very interesting archaeology museum of the castle that dominates the village!
