We had a great stay. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite as we had to have a single room. the stay was more than in accordance with the good order except at the time of dinner. the choice in the menu the falcon has not always been possible. entry and dish were actually in the menu but we couldn't choose between the available entries. the trilogy of melon and the mice of lamb and fish were refined both in the presentation and flavors. dessert (chocolate dome) not present in the menu, however, the falcon was not up to the rest of the meal. which is a pity because it is the only reservation to this exceptional stay. Very nice and quiet, in the middle of nowhere. Very well decorated rooms (all different, well equipped and air-conditioned (all are not equipped with bathtub, if you want the bathtub, specify it.
