I really wish there is an option over excellent. all four of us are “food” and have visited many beautiful michelin in stars restaurants in the uk. nothing, nothing can come close to this experience, between us is the level of French. best cut. although no English is spoken, the experience was excellent. the owner and chef, francois, visits every table, runs through the chalkboard of 5 start and 5 netzen. the passion, the enthusiasm, was amazing. we were all able to understand enough to order what we wanted. we went to lunch in the restaurant, it was a surprise, booked by our chauffeur take us on a wine tour from local weeping, he managed to do the booking on the day, we are so glad that he did! the chef welcomes them personally and adds what he thinks they like, and he returns later to see what they thought (even if he doesn't speak English! he is very passionate about eating and has a humble wise that is a little rare. eating was absolutely exquisite. we had the set menu that has many choices and is very cheap. we were recommended this restaurant by local in eymet. I had expected a nice lunch, but my wife and I were blown away with the quality of eating. of the champagne who started with myrrhe aperitif to the mousse au chocolate, it was a gastronomic journey that was a pleasure to partake. that is what it is about in france when they are in the region, do not miss this jewel.

was taken here for a late anniversary contract. although not well with the language we manage with the help of the personal, namely the owner/cook. can not blame any food, every cure was a joy. would they think we would visit again if we were in the opposite. it was great.

We went to dinner as a family of 8 and it was a fabulous experience super friendly, great fun, amazing food and generally excellent atmosphere. A celebration of France in a beautiful town.
