We visited Versailles from Paris on a Sunday morning. After touring the chateau, we went into town for a delightful brunch at La Cour. As a word of advise, make sure you make a reservation in advance as I believe every table was reserved. The proprietor does not speak much English, but if you have a working knowledge of French you should be able to reserve a table (I was able to do it).The brunch itself was delicious. You have a few choices to make on the menu, but generally you get some fruit and yogurt, meat, pastry, salad, and pancakes. It was a good amount of food and everything was delicious. We also ordered hot tea with our brunch. The restaurant serves Kusmi Tea, and we immediately st...

My three friends and I from NY went the other day after one of us saw previous tripadvisor reviews and this place definitely did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday and had their brunch special which was the best meal I've ever had. If you want non touristy authentic French food and atmosphere you have to go here. The place is run by the two sweetest people where everything is made fresh and delicious. Price was 20 euros a person but there was so much food and tasted so good that i would have paid much much more than that. We enjoyed the food and place so much that we insisted on taking a photo with them so we can always remember La Cour.

We went here for a quick lunch as the menu looked good. We both took a different quiche. My wife's was way, way too salty. Mine was eatable, but both were very disappointing. Re-heating a quiche in a microwave results in soft mushy crust.... Initially I had thought to go for the "plat de jour" as it looked good, but since I like quiches, and a salad seemed healthier than porc in a sauce w/mashed potatoes, I opted for the quiche & salad. Error. the deserts were fresh & excellent, so if you do go here I would not recommend the quiches. Perhaps they should have remained just a Salon de The.

After spending the morning touring the private and public spaces of the palace, we needed to get out and escape the madness, and were so pleased to find La Cour hidden in a little courtyard. It definitely took some determination to find, but it was just what we needed. A simple set lunch of salad, quiche, dessert, and a wonderful assortment of tea. Yay! The owner lady was most hospitable, despite our language barrier. This was one of our most memorable meals during our trip, because it was so unexpectedly delightful. And then it was onto the gardens. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant has an excellent Tripadvisor score which it does not deserve at all. We spent 20€ per person for a salad (11€), a dessert (7€) and some water. The salad was worthless (few cuttings of cheap chicken, few cuttings of pepper and few leaves of lettuce, no taste). Same diagnosis for a dried out warmed up quiche with lettuce. The dessert was more or less OK but nothing special. I'm sure there are much better places nearby for just a few euros more.

We came here in october. It was in such a cute little spot, and the food was outstanding! Super fresh and clean food. The owners where serving/cooking and everything from the ambiance to the staff was perfect. They worked to hard to speak english with us - and did a fantastic job!Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute, quaint, delicious and different experience.

You won't find a better lunch than in this 20 seat restaurant! Great atmosphere & service. Daily menu features what's market fresh. The salad greens were the freshest & most flavorful I've ever had. The main dishes were great, quiche & a wonderful baked zucchini tart. All locals and a very friendly, accommodating owner.

This the the most authentic French food I've tried. The food was excellent and served at a little quant cafe tuck away in an alley off the beaten path. Honestly the highlight of my trip to versailles. You will definitely get to feel like the locals at this restaurant. I think I'll dream about the wonderful food I ate. Reserva una mesa ahora

It's a little hard to find but when we visited Versailles, we were keen on finding an authentic french restaurant; and we did! Simple 2 course menu with the best french food you can get. The menu changes daily, we tried all of it on a Wednesday: we had a salmon quiche and a tartine aux saucisses yummy! a must!!
