Used to salt and cachan breeze, I wanted to try the new salt and braise from the town the Queen...reprise of the cremailer I knew 30 years ago...For me first point .revoir fronture pas welcoming . classical interior. sober... warm welcome.The dishes are made by Gonzalve..l former cook of salt and braise...very good meals. .qualite/Quantity . super casual atmosphere with discussion between table next door...very nice evening with a careful and fast service.....We will go back with pleasure, for the reception.service the dishes.l atmosphere..find that say more...sinon than "perseat in this way".

new restaurant since early February 2019 (so all previous notices are discarded). The kitchen is good, the very copyy portions, even for large eaters. We went there for my birthday, we'll go back.
