The food is great but the employees are not unfortunately, I’ve trying to ask her what’s written on the board cuz I can’t see without my glasses and she was really rude she just asked me to read without reading for me, same thing with the frozen yogurt sizes I asked her can you please show me the sizes she showed me the medium with the other customer and refused to show me the other sizes : And she was saying go and shouting without saying to her anything !!Literally one star is to much for her.She was Asian tho so be carful guys from her.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh, and the woman serving us was quite rude. When I brought up my concerns about customer service, she just started raising her voice even more. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. While the frozen yogurt was enjoyable, the fluffy donut was not good, and she refused to assist with my issue. This experience really put a damper on my day!

I waited for over 10 minutes and nobody was behind the counter—not even a sign explaining the delay. I could understand if there was an indication of what was happening, but there was nothing. My friends and I always visit this place whenever we're in Bayshore, Ottawa, and we were really disappointed this time.

Incredible soft serve, and they offer a variety of dip flavors beyond just chocolate! I had the vanilla soft serve with a white chocolate coating, which was fantastic, and I also tasted my husband's maple dip, which was equally delicious. At $9 for two small servings, it was definitely worth every penny! Reserva una mesa ahora

I found small black bugs in my slushie, and I am completely disgusted. They were everywhere, even on the straw. I threw it away once I realized, but unfortunately, I was almost finished with the drink by then. I will never buy from this place again.

The employees she was very rude and she was not helpful, she eat one from my food and when I ask her to give my another one instead what she ate she “ pay first “ also she said “ if u like it or no that’s your problem” she said in very rude way!!!!

This might be the best soft serve ice cream I've ever tasted. The sundae topped with deep-fried dough was absolutely incredible!
