La Creperie du Major

If you take a group of Californian guests to France you have to share the Crêpe experience with them, a specialty, many believe to originate from Brittany, but in fact was invented in Greece. At La Creperie du Major in Lyon you have a chance to get an idea about the amazing amount of varieties either prepared based on wheat flour or a bit heartier with buckwheat flower. Any option we picked was a delight, paired with a good cider, served by the friendly and attentive owner himself, we had a wonderful and memorable lunch at this cozy place near the Fina Art Museum. Fantastic price value relation!!!

We were very welcome despite our arrival with a stroller. Crêpes/galettes are very worked and very good. the boss is very pleasant and this concern of the well being of the clientele.

the decoration of the room plunges into a fairytale world, the galettes, crêpes and delicious ciders, all with a warm welcome and good advice to choose its menu. Nothing to say!
