The setting is brilliant overlooking the shallows of the river Don. There is a derelict water mill attached and a sluice gate that still works. The creperie was fully booked by the many kayakers that stop at the weir. The abandoned chateau behind is a...wonderful backdrop and horses cool in the river on Sundays.

We didn't eat there as it seem to be closed each time we stopped by. But the settings of this restaurant is amazing. The horses in the distance, the lake near by, the mini dam, the forest and the grandiose overlooking castle. What is not to like. You know you are in France.

it would be almost impossible to praise this restaurant too much. the gallets and crepes are delicious, the more likely. the environment is unique at the river at the beautiful old mill with the beautiful chateau de juzet as background.
