I love this restaurant, i have been in Paris and anyway in this one before, but something is wrong here, the service quality is not at the expected level, not that the service is not good , but from the manager to the mid management,...they don't care about you, they care about ..us, joking, smiling etc , but not with the consumer in between them. personally i don't care until i am not in trouble with that. But here it was the case. The food is really good, the place is easy to go and you can park your car without problem, the restaurant design is just a dream , I love the concept. But please be nice with me, Mister top manager from la criée, go to eat and please don't tell them who you are....
We began to worry when we arrived for our 7:00 pm reservation, and there was no one in the restaurant. Those worries were allayed, however, as the evening progressed. By arriving early, the service was excellent, including a waitress who was patient with our almost...nonexistent French. Our tuna tartare appetizer surprisingly, with Parmesan cheese arrived as the room began to fill up. I then had skate wing Grenobloise with a lemon confit, which was excellent. My wife had scallops with a coconut milk curry sauce, also quite good. The accompanying puréed potatoes were not a hit, however. Dined here often as his excellent food. The food was as good as ever, but our waiter wasn't impressive today. Try to tell one of our parties what to have if they only wanted a small part. Aperitifs took 25 minutes starters an hour... Main course was fine. Too bad this is always a pleasant experience.
