We stayed in this hotel for a weekend with our 3-year-old girl. We had a smartbox with hotel night, evening meal, breakfast and spa entrance. We were very welcome. The hotel is very clean, very beautiful, romantic. The spa is very pleasant, knowing that we are out of season, we had it for ourselves so very quiet and relaxing. The meal was delicious, the servers with small care. The presentation of the dishes is irreproachable. The choice of dish offered in our smartbox is really top. I just removed a star from the price. First time in this hotel. Very nice view of our room. The location is perfect but careful, if you like calm, it is a little less. It is located on the main artery, with bars and restaurants nearby. You are 2 steps away from the ski lift and shops. The room is comfortable, nothing to say about it, simple and effective. Fast and responsive: 2 words that are its qualities but that can turn into defects, everything depends on your expectations. Everything is fast either at the level of service, reception or at the departure of the room. The SPA is a smaller but sufficient one. Very big flat: breakfast (smoke of pastries, much too many dried fruits, 1 single bread that is not fresh, waffle not to...
We regularly attend this establishment and again this summer 2023, for the brewery part. Restaurant offering a traditional, qualitative cuisine at a privileged location. Unreproachable service: fast, consistent with expectations, friendly staff. In summary, an establishment that runs the right way with a team that masters its subject. Do not let yourself be influenced by all these ultra-demanding hypersensitives who always seek the slightest fault to give themselves the important behind a screen while they are probably not able to do half of what you do: continue like that, for our part, we will return regularly!
This restaurant is decent. Located in a nice hotel. Food was very good. I tried the Tartiflette. It was tasty and the quantities were perfect. Given the simplicity of the dish and cost of the products i feel like I paid too much but again...it was good. This is a very big restaurant. We were lucky that it was empty at the time of our diner but I can understand the comments complaining about waiting long. There are too much tables. Personnel was nice enough. I enjoyed the diner but for same prices there is a much better restaurant across the street.

We were looking forward to a tasty raclette while in haute savoie but were disappointed. The raclette machine arrived , promising, then we were given a plate each containing a few slices of very ordinary cold meat a spoonful of salad, one gherkin each and a bowl of potatoes.The cheese firstly was not very tasty, the meat uninspiring and a distinct lack of gherkins, pickled onions etc. to counterbalance the cheese. At 19€ each we felt it should have been better. We have eaten much tastier and better presented raclette elsewhere.
We came to this hotel with Smartbox and are very happy with it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very cozy and clean, with a small balcony overlooking the mountain. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and it was delicious. Thank you very much! We'll probably be back!
I often go there for a few years and this is the first time I’m disappointed. I took a pella this day with egg supplement and there was no cream base on several parts of the pizza, it was immangeable. Make quick to perform: okay but quality doesn't get lost.
Arrived for lunch out of season on a hot day; chose a shady table on the balcony terrace rather the informal pizzeria below. We had the three course menu and a carafe of house wine. All excellent with friendly service.
