very helpful waiter set menu. starters ziegenkäse césar salat with walnuts watermelone with sardellen (sounds strange, but it worked) yogurt dressing with lamb leaves. net fish of the day meaty hake type fish perfectly boiled pork loin on carmaelaside. juggling, goat cheese red pfeffer mousse yum desserts carpaccio thin ananas ice cream maus ginger biscuit ice cream included a bottle of very drinkable house rose' brot coffee €1.20 extra all for €26.20 ca. :

my wife and I found us in olot last month and after a little research we found la cuina del mercat. what a jewel! we decided to take the menú del día in the covered outdoor area and had an excellent, nurturing service. perfectly proportional eating. with care and quality. also the wine selection was good to update the house red on a glass montrodo, was a great recommendation from our server. very European place I would visit again in a flash.

we went to this restaurant because of its good reviews on tripadvisor and we were very satisfied. we were short in the time and asked them if it was possible to get the food as soon as possible, which was not a problem for them. And it was...adorned amazing. we have tried very different dishes and all were great. we had the lunch break and what they got for their money is incredible. we recommend to eat here.

Bright, airy, clean, modern restaurant. Don't be put off by the café counter. The service is good and the food is excellent. Lunch is very good value including a glass of good wine. I chose to pay a supplement for the special wine which was...delicious. We will certainly go again.

this restaurant is located next to the mercat and serves delicious, fresh regional cuisine with large, friendly and attentive service. a real pleasure to celebrate my birthday here. I recommend this restaurant.
