We discovered "vivan cuisine", with family, in the middle of 2020, during the reopening of restaurants. Being very selective, and difficult to satisfy (especially madam... we are now going to dinner or lunch at least once a week. The concept of Chef Antton, namely to revisit traditional dishes, with the care and qualities that are unique to him, works perfectly. The dishes are always varied, innovative, with fresh products (from the Talence halls and of course, delicious. The service, provided by Lauriane and Emily, is always at the top, and relevant oenological advice. Don't miss under any pretext.
