Amazing and delicious food fresh from the market and great service. Menu de la dia has a great choice of locally sourced dishes at such reasonable prices. The wine included in the price tastes fabulous too We visit often when we are at Vilanova and the menu choice changes due to what is in season or is available at the market. This makes it such a good place to eat as it is different every day. (I would recommend the scrambled eggs starter simple but so delicious) go for something you would not normally eat at home, their use of ingredients is incredible. For those that don’t speak Catalan or Spanish just use google translate and the menu is easily translated
La Cullera is a restaurant located in la Rambla Samà street, pitifully far from the beach, in Vilanova i la Geltrú. Here there is a week-end menu, which costs 25 euros and has 6-7 first dishes and 6-7 more second dishes. I ate patatas bravas (spicy potatoes in English) and a bitter kas (a typical drink) as starter, black and white pasta with prawns and pesto sauce as first dish (excellent), and fish rice soup (very good) and a flan, which was eaten by my baby. Also, waiters were very friendly with us, especially with our baby. A very good restaurant to go in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
La Cullera is a mediterranean restaurant located in Vilnova i la Geltrú, near of the central market of the town. Here it is possible to do a daily menu, also at weekend. We came here and ate it. I choose the following dishes: boiled clams (ok, too much spices) and a seafood rice with prawns and squids (good). Also we shared two custards: one of white chocolate and other of black chocolate (very good) and we drank a white wine. The staff was a bit slow and we have to wait between dishes.
