The restaurant lies in the old part of Tours very central. It has an wonderful and modern ambiance. The menu card is very clear which means a good sign that you will get fresh products. For the three course menu you have to pay 34€ and you will get an very tasty wine for 25€. There is a nice youthful service which make a great job, but the announcement outside "we speak english" didn't work this night - the two persons which served us spoke only French. But nevertheless we got all what we ordered with a high quality and left satisfied back to the hotel. You should make a reservation before you go.
arrived at 13:25, I think that our arrival (a couple and a little bit of 2 years) was not to please the reception that was reserved for us. However we left before many tables being presented...Gustatively speaking the dishes are excellent but not expected to have quantity. You're here in semi-gas. My husband and I are in the business and so we were waiting for a restaurant classified as this one..In fact, a little disappointed.

Very interesting kitchen because the products are simple and but transformed, sublimated by a very intelligent kitchen that impressed me a lot. I squeeze the stars and here the kitchen is at this level. to highlight wine with glass of very good quality at 5 euros! duo flat inlet formula at 31 euros;
dinner with a couple at night. we can't come at our time, there are 2 services, it's not very cool!Since on site, big surprise: bread without taste or grace and too dry we took red wine with glass that was too hot. amateur of refined and homemade cuisine, this restaurant is simply pleasant, warm and cozy. the chef adopts quality and original dishes. the service is to the extent of a semi-gastronomical see more because of their professionalism. I'm recommending it without squeezing.
