Shocking service , where do I begin. Food order was along with drinks , we ordered two coke zeros and a jug of water the drinks came with two glasses for the cokes but none for the water we tried to get the waitresses attention with no success my boyfriend had to go up to the bar to ask for 2 more glasses, once the starters where lifted all hell broke loose . The table behind us who arrived 30 mins after us got their food before us getting very impatient we give it another 5 minutes and asked another waitress where are food was or how long it was going to take as we had been here 1 hour at this stage. Another 5 minutes passed and they arrived down again with our starters which we had already...
We were party of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) we were asked to sit at separate tables due to covid guidelines (despite the fact there was a birthday party at the adjacent tables with 16 people) after watching several tables beside us get seated and served before us. We asked could we place an order, an hour after being seated we still hadn’t received our starters, enquired as why and didn’t really get anywhere, 15 mins later our starters arrived (around 1hr and 15mins after being seated) once our starters were cleared our main course was served 15 minutes later and to top it off it came out in 3 separate lots with around 5 mins between each lots, we decided against desert, paid our bill the starters...
Absolutely disgusting food. Service was a joke had to wait 30 minutes before given menus then to order another 30 minutes before someone came out to take our order. Then when the food came out it was so unprofessionally done. 3 plates came out for 3 people and then 20 minutes after another 3 plates came out. Then the LAST plate that came out was the TODDLERS. That’s usually the first!!! Pizza was absolutely cremated and inedible and chips tasted like they’d been RE-FRIED and reheated. Service was disgusting too all young boys who just didn’t care. We had food delivered for a child’s birthday party. Excellent service when emailed to enquire immediate reply and LDV kept intouch until the event. The food was absolutely delicious and was very hot when delivered. Excellent service from the driver very friendly. Would highly recommend LDV Thankyou for the delicious food.

It used to be a place where you could be sure that anything you order will be quite good. Not anymore. It is now a takeaway level. Really disappointing. Do not order any kebabs, hopefully the pizzas are still eatable. The rest is not.
Good food but pure dirt service in the restaurant nearly an hour for our order and we had to ask twice for our drinks we said we’d never be back before but we gave it a second chance….. never again so unprofessional
We’ve been a couple times when it has been busy and waited about 30-40 mins. But this time we have been sat for 50 mins and 5 tables around us who all came in around 15-20 mins after us have got their food.
Pizza's pretty good, service and attendance is slow. Menu limited. Charge £1 extra for changes/additions to pizza toppings and you'd be hard pressed to see what they add when you get it

Poor and slow service, warm white wine. 20mins waiting for a drink, had to go up to the bar twice. Used to be good but not anymore. Staff don't seem to care at all.
Great food every time I go, couldn't fault it. Quick and tasty and good value for money. Plenty to choose from on the menu.
