This review applies to all three of the Ladurée shops that we visited last month while in Paris (The Paris/CDG airport, the one on the rue de Bretagne, and the one at the Louvre). STAFF: Each member of the Ladurée team took great care to be as helpful as possible. While I tried to speak my best French, it was marginal at best, but they could not have been more gracious and helpful. After my flight into Paris was delayed, I missed my connecting flight and having over 6 hours wait I decided to go to what appeared to be the nicest place in the airport. As soon as I walked in I was completely ignored by every single member of staff, finally a waiter sat me down, I waited an additional 10 mins for someone to walk by or even acknowledge that I was there, I asked the lady for a bottle of water, she gave me a dirty look and went on to have a conversation with anothe staff member my order was ignored and I waited another 10 mins for the same waiter who sat me down to ask me if I wanted anything to drink. My wife told me Macaroons were a favorite, I never had one, I decided to purchase a few at the airport not realizing they have a short life span. I tried a few and they were really good, one thing about the airport there are a few Kiosks in the airport where you can purchase these, this is the only full store and it is worth going to this location instead of the small kiosk. After France I left for Zurich and wanted to purchase a box to take home, the web site showed a store in Zurich, it is no longer there. Instead I purchased some at Sprungli a famous confectioners store in Switzerland, they were good just not as good as Laduree, for me they were too sweet and the cookie part was also not...
A pastel world and a coffee for 3e. This could be an experience. But the staff is very non-chalant. They don't care less and smiling could be too much. The service IS very cold, they chat with each other and give a hate-liked impression. Is that so boring to work there? Starbucks near by works better. Then there were a very aggressive woman working at Airport service. I hope she will find another job. I mean people just try to do their best and she gets money for it. So it s ok, but if it last point on your trip make it more confortable.

despite the fact that it is sometimes full of clients the staff is doing well their job, with efficiency and good manners. club sandwiches are very good and cooked on site upon request... chocolate used for beverage and pastries is of high quality and strong in taste. it is a higher budget that an airport sandwixh but of you have time and money it is worth it
The macarons at laduree are without a doubt the best in the world! Always fresh and delicious!! Some of my favorite flavors include raspberry, pistachio, vanilla, chocolate, and passion fruit! I also highly recommend their hot chocolate! This place is amazing!!!!
