I was there only once for a meal and, despite the food being pretty decent, i accidentally caught a very disturbing conversation between the owner a Spanish man and one of his employees (or should we say 'slaves '? Long story short, this bad excuse for a human being treats his employees, specially women, like garbage and to top it off, he steals for himself the customer 's tips, of which none of the personnel gets to see a single cent. He 's also well known in Salento for the awful way he treats people who doesn 't agree with his managing methods. Definitely, not recommended at all. Salento is plenty of awesomely good restaurants and hostels where employees are very well treated. Please, avo...
