If you are craving some delicious pupusas, this is not the place to go. I don’t feel bad for leaving a 1 star review because these people do not feel bad for ripping off customers. I ordered Revueltas but they put more beans than anything and no signs of cheese. I had to add my own cheese (picture on the right) ?! Also, they have no flavor ! Restaurants should be proud of their food and what they offer customers, especially with everything costing more these days, it’s not fair to be getting ripped off. I provided a picture so you can see for yourself that they do not stuff these pupusas. They are thin as paper. We only ate here because we were in the area and wanted pupusas but never again.
Overall this restaurant never disappoints. My family is from Guatemala and we come here because the food reminds us of a home cooked meal made by my mom and abuelita. The service is always on point. Friendly and faster than all the other Guatemalan restaurants in our area. The black beans, as simple as the dish maybe, are always sooo good!! Seasoned well, never bland. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years and are excited for their new location in Long Beach. Oh and don't forget to get a cup of their cafe de olla.

I really appreciate the tranquility of this restaurant! It's pleasantly quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy your meal. The establishment is also very clean, and the service is quick!

I hadn't visited this place in some time, and I was taken aback by the prices! Pupusas cost $5, guacamole is priced at $20, and garnachas are $22—just for reference.
The food doesn't taste like Salvadoran food, the soup is just water and salt, it doesn't taste like real food, they need to change cooks or do something.
Been coming here since 2019 and never left .. this is my home. I’m Mexican and my favorite spot for Guatemalan food
