Being a customer for years, I have always been satisfied with the value of this restaurant and service. Last night, I was blind with some friends and our children. The way we were treated by a new waitress is simply unacceptable, when I allowed myself to ask him why we had not been served while our children had finished their dishes for 30 minutes and that the people next to them were at the coffee while they had arrived after us... the young waitress replied, I quote: Yeah, well, they're busy in the kitchen, so you don't talk to me like that. The manager came to ask what was going on and the waitress continued to be frightened. I expected at least an excuse for his behavior, but nothing at...
What a spectacular restaurant for lunch or dinner. Sensational food, wonderful flavor, great presentation of the dishes and the quantity is very generous. For me the restaurant serves the BEST QUICHE LORRAINE in the city and the best I have eaten to date, also their cheese foundue is to die for. For dessert I ordered a crème brûlée which again had a taste of the gods. The price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The service is wonderful, our waitress was very kind, very smiling and helpful when recommending us a wine. Great, great, great customer service. The restaurant has the perfect location, both outside and inside you will have a view of the cathedral and the river...
The restaurant is carefully decorated. The map is large with a lot of choice for everyone. We had a nice time with friends for a birthday. Very friendly little attention since the digestive was finally offered. The servers are smiling and laughing with us! Anyway a good time with friends!
I'm less excited about my previous passages this time. meats of poor Alsatian fondue and cold potatoes. The cast is passing. dessert sugar pancakes, sprinkled with a very light cloud of ice sugar ... bof : not the value of €.
