The cheeseburger is delicious as well as the chocolate pie There are two to see three terraces Either you eat inside, either on the outside but on the street side or on the outside sea side. I advise you on the sea side of course because the view is beautiful. Out of season, when the tourists left it seems to me that it ends around May-June) every Sunday there is brunch!!! We can choose 4 dishes of our chips so either 2 dishes and 2 desserts or 3 dishes and 1 dessert... It is as you wish!! If you go to chin, you have to go eat at La Fabrique!! coming from usa to eat a burger in the south of france seems a little embarrassing. However for fast food or burger you grill for the work party. the burger with the poached foie gras and fig jam is to fall. you like to be just above the beach while drinking a good glass of rosé wine. our waitress was cecile and she was absolutely fantastic. prices are in the average for a complex on the Mediterranean but food is excellent.
We went there on the recommendation of tripadvisor. I can't say we were disappointed. The hamburgers were huge, make sure you're hungry. the staff was fantastic, the very interesting price and the wine of the house very drinkable. I met the chief while she was on a break and I complimented her on her food, she was happy! Our waitress was fantastic and helpful. Great place for a meal!
We had a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger - this place makes incredible portions and the hamburger is so tasty. the service was fast and at a reasonable price at 13 € for an excellent cheeseburger. we asked for a way and got a perfect cook slightly pink. I strongly recommend this place!

I ate there twice during our chin vacation. This place is frequented by many inhabitants, so make sure it's okay. beer - st thomas is the best chin and hamburgers are amazing. please try the double burger of chief!! It's worth it! If you're chin, you have to stop and eat and/or drink here.
The factory is a bar located in a chin walk. we went there to have breakfast (dairy coffee, tea and croissant), and it was correct. The best thing is the view on the coast. you can sit at the bar and relax and see the sea. That's a good idea!
Fresh product, good relation quality price , very pleasant place, impeccable service despite the full archi restaurant , we have come for years, prices are always stay affordable despite the short of life , what pleasure it is a value on
