to part to escape the rain that destroyed the Mumosa Festival on the coast of la napoule, we drove the hill to the var to lunch in la famiglia in tanneron, even the center of the mimosa route. the var is the var and the court. the day was a wild boar, more likely than not locally shot and served with polnta. polenta is in the rule not a favorite, but it is a natural with wild boar. we chose it and the former wine cellar from paris, because the festival has brought a good bottle of château d’ollieres over an excellent local red to enjoy with it. we had luck getting a table in a packed house and we stayed for a perfect homemade tete tatin, accompanied by its calvados. not an unforgettable calv...

Very nice selection of food and wines with a back drop to die for. Unfortunately this was all spoil by the waiter who refused to speak English and laughed in my partners face when she tried her best french and she is quite good. Given...the options of not leaving a tip or taking the waiter outside we decided that short changing would be the better option. I would advise going to the restaurant but be prepared for a rude young dark haired lad that is very Un help full and his jeans are hanging off his behind, but a cracking get view and lovely wine and food.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour prendre un café. Le service de restauration n'était pas terminé. L'ambiance, les plats que nous avons vu passer nous ont donné envie de tester. Nous y sommes revenus : l'accueil, le service attentionné et convivial, et surtout les plats de qualité et quantité très correcte nous ont convaincus que nous avions fait le bon choix. "La Chef" travaille au maximum des produits du terroir. Nous y reviendrons certainement lors d'un prochain passage dans la région.

Nous y avons déjeuné hier, et là, la surprise, personne la salle vide la terrasse nous.Les plats proposé sont quand même d'un prix élevé, nous nous attendions donc à une bonne cuisine,MAIS PAS DU TOUS du REFFAUFE "metro".nous avons mieux compris la désertion.une propriétaire pas agréable, le sourire elle la oublié.A éviter

Decent lunch for 6, attentive service and good humour. The courtyard garden was leafy and shaded a pleasant place to stop and relax. My daughter was disappointed that her burger had cheese (not mentioned on menu). The warm goats cheese salad was particularly good.

Très mauvais accueil, nous avions vraiment l'impression de déranger... Nous souhaitions commander des pizzas mais impossible ce jour-là, sans explication. Même pour un enfant... Très peu de choix à la carte. A éviter absolument.

Très bon accueil et bon rapport qualité prix. Camembert au four accompagné de charcuterie copieux et très bien présenté. Bref simple mais très intéressant et fait maison.

La salade composée était très bonne et très copieuse. La pizza de mon ami de même. Bon dessert également. Prix correct pour la région.
