Des amis nous ont acheté des pizzas pour la soirée.Les pizzas sont sèches, trop cuites et les ingrédients de médiocre qualité. Nous avons appris par nos voisins que les pizzas sont cuites avec du bois de palettes de transport donc traitées avec des produits phytosanitaires. Ce n’est pas permis de faire cela évidemment. From the outside is nice, to the inside a decor corresponding to the name and some attentions to the Alsace. The boss, alone manages everything, behind her established and in front of her abois oven, prepares pizzas, in the meantime she goes to the kitchen... pizzas are correct, if you are not too hard on hygiene, it passes. In any case, we were not sick!
We ordered a paella (for 1 person but a real serving for 3 people!) and a veal head made by Christiane manager of the establishment which is also very pleasant, very attentive. House-made kitchen. Everything was very good. We felt like we were home.

A beautiful warm welcome and cordial exchanges. It was the only restoration point on Amelie les Bains. It was convenient.
