pleasant place overlooking the valley of cauterets. We gave 2/5 for the following reasons. We have taken a very good garbage and the menu discovered at 28 eur for salad with some bacon and fresh pork granules, then a vulgar black pork rib accompanied by tarbais beans and fries houses. this menu does not deserve the 28 eur prize. The worst is the demand for melba blueberries processed without our consent in blueberry ice, certainly homemade, but billed at the price of 7.5 eur off menue. It's a pity and hoping that we didn't have a chance because it doesn't match the other opinions.

Perched up high above Cauterets with great panoramic views if you sit outside. The owners were lovely and chatty. The cassoulet they served was the best I have ever tasted and I have had a lot and feel I know a good one when I find it. All the dishes used their own meats etc. The charcuterie to start was really good and I couldn't resist the cheese board to end with. They also sell their own produce in a little shop. I will be ordering the cassoulet to go! Totally recommend going there.

restaurant where everything is "homemade" (from kir to dessert, to child menu), copied and authentic. Small but family room. large terrace if the weather allows it with very beautiful view of the valley. Very warm welcome.All the family (small and large) enjoyed.

recommended 100.% delicious food, spectacular craft beer, views and super friendly waiter, striving to the maximum to be understood. You can't miss this you if you're around.

c is a very good inn farm, located a few kilometers away. It is eaten very well (local products) and the owners are very welcoming. A good address!
