It’s quite surprising, but traditional French cuisine is quite unrepresented in châtellerault. It is therefore with pleasure that I discovered this well-known establishment of the inhabitants. the room is large and pleasant. The welcome of the boss is friendly, the service is efficient.I chose on the map starting with a mimosa of asparagus to beef ham it was very good. In the dish, I chose the calfskin rhyme, morilli cream and asparagus a delicious and well prepared serving.
