Excellent fondue. Very friendly service and always available. On the other hand, the trout is served in a much too simplistic way; no black butter. No little sauce to accompany. And normally the trout in the region have better flesh. Being in Gruyères, and serving a good fondue, the owner should show his servers how to offer the religious to customers after a delicious fondue. I 'll come back again, to make sure I 'm wrong in my comments .

My husband and I ate a small cheese platter with dried meat and a dried meat platter in their restaurant yesterday, it was very tasty. Price-performance ratio is 100%. People like to come to eat in places like this again. Unfortunately, I don't live near Gruyéres. Thanks

A great place to explore Gruyeres. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and the restaurant is very good (we had a great fondue and a fantastic and original deer lassagne). Service is also excellent

Excellent service. The waiters were very friendly and took great care of us. We sat at a table on the terrace overlooking the mountain. The fondue is highly recommended.
