Located on the square of the medieval heart of the city, the location of this crêperie is ideal. And this kind of location is often synonymous with catching tourists... here it's not! The boss was really great in drowning installing on the terrace on the square so that we can enjoy the sun in a little cool weather. Attention that already puts a good mood. Then service level was correct. I loved my cake in Brie, as well as the crêpe with a rose jam and a pink ice cream for dessert! The pink cider is also great. Little disappointment on the cake in itself but it is still a nice address to come to eat in Provins if you want pancakes.

The server is smiling, pancakes and cakes are good. On the other hand, the service is terribly long, 45 minutes waiting for 4 galettes is not normal especially for a crêperie! We are not an isolated case, the next group ended up leaving before receiving its dessert so much the service was long...
Excellent location in the high town of Provins. Smiling and friendly staff. The pancakes are correct without being exceptional. We will deplore the little choice and make it that the steaks and fries are frozen if we are tempted by this menu. Attention also to the waiting period.

Originally Breton but expatriated in Paris, good crêperie always does good! We ate very well in La Fleur de Sel, the cakes and pancakes were delicious and at very affordable prices. Congratulations to the chiefs: Thank you and soon!
The Provins brie galette was excellent. However, with only one person in the dining room to manage all the tables, the quality of service has taken a hit. Damage!
I didn’t like the restaurant’s decor, but the reception is really perfect very smiling and friendly and the very good cakes. I recommend!
