When we arrived all the staff (there was quite a few) looked harassed and were rushing about even though only a few tables were occupied. Our waiter seemed to want to be elsewhere rather than serve us. The children didn’t get their drinks so we eventually had to reorder. However the fondue broth accompanying food was great. Lots of food for 5 of us though it was meant for 4. Food was prompt and we had fun eating. Another waiter (older more senior) was great, he brought us cups served up the left over broth once we were done. It tasted amazing. My wife and I were staying in the hotel and dined here twice during our stay, it was that good! An amazing Raclette and a fantastic Fondu, both accompanied by plenty of bread, potatoes and veg, really did hit the spot! There is also a brilliant wine list, bursting with a number of really good Riojas. Excellent value too! I highly recommend dinner here. Booking is essential.
All of which is a shame as this far on our trip to Baqueira the service everywhere has been superb. Staff struggled immediately the rush started (8pm) and the stress showed. One staff member sighed and said it was the same every year. Quality of the food was very good but the experience was poor overall.

En mi opinión, el precio de calidad es sin sentido. Según mi criterio decepcionante. El lugar agradable y la atención correcta incluso si hemos pedido la carta de vino 3 veces, y no nos han informado bien a pesar de haber preguntado cuál era el tema de fondues y cantidades que es sólo una anécdota
Uno de los mejores fondues que se han comido. Marco muy agradable, el daño que la vista de la galería no se trata con el gusto de cortinas, decoración, imágenes) para ocultarlo Los cables eléctricos que pasan de mesas a tablas también están prohibidos.
Antes de cenar en La Fondue, leí las reseñas, específicamente las negativas sobre el servicio. Seré breve en esta reseña: Servicio A, Comida A. Sí, un poco caro, pero no tanto si son al menos un grupo de cuatro. ¡Pidan la Raclette!
Very Good food and convenient location just at the exit of the ski station, by the commercial gallery. Fair service. Prices a bit high even for the area but size and quality of dishes are huge.

La comida es excelente y el servicio es impecable. Víctor y su equipo son muy amables y profesionales. ¡Recomiendo probar el Tartiflette, es una maravilla!
Restaurante dentro del hotel Val de Neu, pero accesible para todos. Excelente fondue.
