on the penultimate day of the year we wanted to eat something after a glowing wine at the hotel hax. we entered the gas room that was well visited. had diner on the terrace on a warm evening. the location and the seating are beautiful and lively. the menu is Italian and offers a set of choices! I had the caprese salad and a salmon tagliatelle with a curry sauce. the two were very...nice although the staff was very friendly, it took quite a long time to serve and I had to go after my bills because no one showed up on the terrace. Nevertheless, this restaurant offers a very nice meal for a very acceptable price.

we stayed four days in coarse-umstadt and ate here twice. they serve authentic and well Italian eating. a funny dish they serve is pasta with Parmesan cheese, where they put them hot pasta on a whole Parmesan cheese and create a...cheese sause and they do in the restaurant next to their table!
