on the penultimate day of the year we wanted to eat something after a glowing wine at the hotel hax. we entered the gas room that was well visited. We stayed in gross-umstadt for four days and ate here two times. They serve authentic and good italien food. One fun dish they serve is pasta with parmesan cheese, where they put they hot pasta on top of a whole parmesan cheese and create a cheese sause and they do out in the restaurant next to your table!
