La Fontana Coast Sea Isle City

It was off putting to me that everyone must order an entree. I couldn't order 2 appetizers and a soup or salad if I wanted to, unless I also ordered an entree. To me it makes more sense to have a minimum dollar amount you have to order rather than tell someone they must order an entree or the whole group has to leave. Also, no bar for a cocktail. Wine only. The service was good and the food was also good. I just don't like being told what I have to order at a restaurant. I won't be back.

We have been coming to La Fontana Coast since 2023 in Sea Isle, NJ, and always have had a wonderful meal. We started with appetizers Fried Calamari, Bruschetta, and a Caesar salad. Our entrees were Veal Parminga, Veal Piccante, and Penne Alla Vodka with crab. Food comes out hot and delicious. Our server was Michaela. She was exceptional. She had a great smile, personable, and was very pleasant, and accommodating. Overall, we had a wonderful time and all of our foods were delicious!

We had dinner at La Fontana Coast over the busy 4th of July weekend. Every dish is prepared to order so they take a little time to serve the food, but it is worth the wait!! I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and my wife had the Capellini Positano. Both meals were hot and delicious! Craig was our server and he was very attentive to our every need. I recommend getting an early reservation as it does get crowded and occasionally get backed up on meeting their later reservation times.

Worst service we have experienced in a very long time. All four diners meals arrived separately at different points. We asked for bread 3 times over the course of an hour before it finally arrived with our entrees. The whole operation seemed extremely disorganized and completely overwhelmed. Multiple other diners were complaining about the wait times as well. In the end the food was solid but the experience was not worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is the worst dining experience I've ever had at LaFontana. We were party of 6. They brought us 4 pieces of bread in the bread basket. It took one hour and 10 minutes for us to get our entrees and mine was wrong. The waitress was few and far to be seen. I've dined at LaFontana many times in the summer over the past few years and wouldn't recommend dining there again. Very disappointing.

We had a reservation we made on Open table For 7:45pm. When we arrived we were told another 30 minutes. The hostess was rude and was seeing us inside when we had a reservation for outside. The wait to get our food was 90 minutes. Always overpriced yet I keep coming back. Terrible experience this time. I won't be back.

Great overall dinner! Service was attentive and quick. It says it's a BYOB, which it is, but there was a small wine list on the menu. My only dislike was the 5% discount if paying by cash. I know some places charge a service fee of 3% for using a credit card, but 5% is a bit much. Obviously, we paid cash.

Server was nice but way too busy to pay attention to our needs. Couldn't find server for another bottle of wine, dirty dishes sat in front of us for quite some time. Couldn't find server for missing silverware, no butter with our bread, no sugar with our coffee... Reserva una mesa ahora

This was not our first time to LaFontana Coast as we tend to visit a few times a year. The food and service were excellent! Due to the weather we chose to eat inside which was a little louder but we still had a great experience!

Our server was wonderful and the food delicious. I had a slight issue with my reservation but a quick call and the team made is right and were very pleasant in the process. Fantastic Father's Day dinner.
