Food was sub par for the price. I ordered New Zealand venison, was though and came out raw inside, could only eat the edges, cherry demi-glaze was way too tart, totally offensive and overpowering. My wife ordered salmon, pulled out several bones. Sou chef skills 101, to debone the fish. Our waiter Allen was great but spread thin, the house booked every table and staff couldn’t keep up. I really hope that they get things figured out there soon because that restaurant and the location is an absolute gem and such a beautiful place. We will definitely go back for the atmosphere by a restaurant. Can’t survive just on atmosphere alone step it up guys.
La Foret is an upscale dining experience that lives up to its reputation. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch. We've visited several times and have never been disappointed. It’s the best place in town for a special occasion or if you’re looking to take a break from the usual chain restaurants.
I regret having to leave this review, but my dining experience was disappointing. Perhaps it was due to the evening timing, but the tortellini was quite tough, and the butter had a really off-putting smell.
