A Hidden Gem with Outstanding Service and Delicious Food! We had an unforgettable dining experience at La Fourchette. This charming, family-run establishment truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, even assisting us with getting a cab at the end of the night. The intimate atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the food was nothing short of excellent. We get out of it and they say the desire to come back is felt. super reception, quiet atmosphere because this restaurant is ideally placed if you want to eat in absolute calm in the center of the city of Cambodia. The kitchen is very good with fresh and local products from which the simple menu that the restaurant offers and that could tell some customers who do not understand the approach of managers to propose this type of menu. a big thank you and very soon
