nice restaurant located in the small village of bourbach the top (about 20 minutes from thann via the pass of the hunsrück.) the menu changes every day. with 3 menus between 18 and 30 euros, very few dishes on the menu. Intakes (fricas of mushrooms - especially ceps - and lotte fillets accompanied by risotto truffled) and dishes (respectively pork cheeks and medallions of pata negra, the two accompanied by noodles and 4 vegetables) were a treat. a pity that desserts were not of the same quality (gold card.) however, the quality value price is excellent. We'll go back.
Second visit for us in this nice quiet restaurant on the Joffre road.As our first visit had us enthusiasm 3 years ago we quickly wondered what had changed. It's not that it's not good far from the but the prices have not changed for a map of the dishes that melted and plates without the previous imagination (canard lavender.) weird because the quality of the service is always very well.

We were able to eat on the terrace, it was nice. service a little slow while 3 tables were busy, no more. products are missing then the menu is suitable. reasonable prices, except for the wine that appeared to us quite expensive, especially for wines from the region. input and flat copy. dessert, bof.

We ate in a small group. We were very well received by smiling staff and good advice in a pleasant setting. the kitchen is very good, the quality/quantity/price ratio is very satisfactory and the wine map is also interesting. In the end we had a good time for a very reasonable price. To recommend!

good local dishes, super terrace but a slow and chaotic service that we have valued spending rain for an hour and a half for a dish and aperitif! That's a shame!
