We took advantage of a magnificent autumn weekend to discover this beautiful natural park of the Chartreuse. We did two trips with two children aged 6 and 13. The first to the Mollard Pass. Very low difficulty but we weren't very reassured to hear hunters in the area. Notable: we were alone on the whole course. The second, to the Charming Som. There, the level was clearly higher and the path was much more frequent! But once at the top, what a show! View on Mont Blanc, but also on a large part of the valley and on the monastery where the Chartreuse is made. By descending, possibility to buy good cheeses, direct producer. For the most beautiful mountains, even if I am not the most objective region of birth. Very pleasant for hiking with however early walking sometimes athletic.) The summits are all accessible to the general public, and the magnificent views. A space of freshness, clear sky and true nature close to large cities like Grenoble or Chambéry. Beautiful panorama. Charming Som very beautiful walk and especially on the return allee taste their smoky seraca a real killing!! Superb 360-degree view on alpine chains and charter fathers!!
