La fringale - Reservar una mesa

We stopped at this restaurant to have a good meal before a 9 hour drive. The waitress who served us was strangely passive aggressive for customers asking for tables. She pushed a little girl waiting in front of the toilet room because she was in her way... We ordered our food: frits were cold, burgers tasted bad and there was no spices. I asked a waitress on the check and she said she'd bring him. I waited for a while, then I went to the counter to say that I had to pay and go because I had a long ride. Here's when hell is going. Really good food here. Tasty and fresh. However the waitress was bored and rude. When I pointed out that there were dead ants in the icecream stand which was part of the kids menu, she didn't care or apologise and said it was the fault of the weather!! No credit cards taken either. Go if you can cope with bad service as good value good food.

Very relaxing and easy going place to sit in the sun and just enjoy the surroundings. We both had moules and frites which came out within 10 minutes and were very tasty and fresh. A couple of glasses of cheap plonk and we were very...happy. The service was easy going and again relaxed. Cheap and decent value for money.

At the end of our tour through the south side of Gorges du Verdon we stopped here for lunch. Ordered burgers that seemed to be the main thing on the menu. I had the boss big and very nice while my partner had a chicken castle. Service personnel were not so interested.

Especially good food! Many good options in the menu. The staff is really nice and always helps you with a smile. I come here every year and will continue!
